- Payments are to be made promptly and in full, according to the payment schedule provided.
- For ongoing services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, email hosting), renewal fees apply and must be paid before service expiration to avoid interruptions.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for time-based services once initiated.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, graphics, code, and intellectual property created by Spaweb remain the property of Spaweb/SpEDATAS Nigeria Ltd until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to use the final deliverables as specified in the agreement.
- Spaweb retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spaweb shall not be held liable for:
- Losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Downtime or interruptions caused by third-party service providers (e.g., hosting platforms, domain registrars).
- Security breaches beyond Spaweb’s control, including but not limited to hacking, malware, or phishing attacks.
Clients are responsible for backing up their own data unless Spaweb is explicitly contracted to provide backup solutions.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
Spaweb respects your privacy and is committed to protecting confidential information shared with us. All client data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your private information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill the service.
8. Termination of Services
Spaweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Clients breach these Terms of Services.
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- Activities that violate applicable laws or Spaweb’s acceptable use policies are detected.
Clients may also terminate service agreements by providing written notice. However, fees for completed work up to the point of termination are non-refundable.

Spaweb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Services at any time. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of major changes through appropriate channels.
